“Tako” significa “cometa” en japonés 🪁

Hi, we’re Kaya and LuisMi. We’ve been hosting for 7 years, and we speak English, Japanese, and Spanish.

Casa Tako started with a simple idea: to create the kind of house we would want to come back to and rent ourselves. With a playful spirit, a lot of love, and the knowledge and craftsmanship of local builders, we designed a place that is comfortable, thoughtfully planned, and suited to the way we enjoy La Ventana.

Whether it’s kiting, working remotely, exploring Baja, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sun, ocean, and laid-back lifestyle, Casa Tako was designed to be an easy and comfortable home base.

What started as our dream home away from home has become a place we’re happy to share with guests from around the world.
